A spouse gets an accepted job offer out of state, so he husband, who is a realtor, needs to put his real estate license into holding until they can establish their new life.
Changing Careers
A woman is working in real estate full time. She also offers interior design services for her clients and soon realizes that she truly loves that aspect of her career. She decides to put her real estate license into holding while she pursues interior design full time.
Retirement
A man who has been in real estate his whole career decides it’s time to retire from the industry. However, he doesn’t want all of his work to go by the wayside. Instead he utilizes License Locker’s referral feature to continue earning income even after he retires.
